This policy covers www.ganok.ai. It does not cover any product or service, because Ganok has none available to the public.
What this site collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising technology, and it makes no request to any third-party server. Fonts, styles and images are served from Ganok’s own infrastructure. There are no forms and no accounts.
Server logs
The servers that deliver this site record ordinary access logs: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time, the file requested, the response status, and the browser user agent. These exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. They are kept no longer than 30 days. They are not used to identify visitors, build profiles, or target anyone.
If you write to an address listed on this site, Ganok receives your message, your email address, and anything else you choose to include. That correspondence is kept so Ganok can reply and keep a record of the exchange. It is not added to a marketing list. It is not sold. It is not shared outside Ganok except where the law requires it.
Personal information is never sold or shared
Ganok does not sell personal information, and does not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask Ganok what personal information it holds about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask for it to be deleted. Ganok will not treat you differently for asking. Since this site collects nothing beyond server logs and the email you choose to send, a request will concern those two things. Write to privacy@ganok.ai and Ganok will respond.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and Ganok does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date.
